We are in search of a customer service agent to handle phone calls as well as E-mails from customers of our ecommerce sites. We are a small company that currently only receives about 30 E-mails per day and less phone calls than that per day so we are hoping to fill up the day's work with additional duties, that include:
Write up product descriptions for products on our websites (copy writing).
Help with financial duties, such as reconciling accounts using our bank's login and paypal.com.
We have multiple phone lines, one for each website, so the candidate must be able to handle and answer differently depending on what site the phone call is coming from.
Our company sells sexy men's underwear, so the candidate must be comfortable with these products and with the customers who call to inquire about them.
