Need someone familiar with formatting Access 2013 reports. Report currently generated is too many pages long. Data needs to be formatted to fit to one/two pages with blocks/columns of data. There is an Excel report being manually compiled and a screenshot of this report is attached. This is the report I wish to mirror (as much as possible). Would like to understand how this is done for future requests. Excel paper size output is 8.5x14 landscape with data and graphic. Access is currently 8.5x11 portrait and no graphic.
Background: Database is created from a CAD program. Exported to Excel then imported to Access. screenshot of Access and Excel reports attached. No Access database configuration is required. Only report output. Need to make columns of data output. Need to change paper size and orientation. Need to minimize spacing and font sizes. Need to add graphic to output (*this last bullet is optional)
