1. Customer Service:
a. Responsible to act as the point persona and respond to all inbound/outbound customer service via phone / email / fax. Answer office phone from 9-1pm PST daily and manage the general orders / sales / info email inboxes.
b. Wholesale order entry for phone orders and key accounts
c. in/outbound sales and PR responses with catalogue and order form information
d. customer data base/list management - manage lists of open customers and new leads
e. manage inventory offers in microsoft excel for weekly sales and websites
2. Accounts receivable/payable:
a. Enter and process all orders in Quickbooks
b. Close all payments in quickbooks for each order
c. Quickbooks proficiency required
d. A/R collections emails/calls for all past due’s - weekly
e. Receive checks into QB to close open invoices/accounts receivable (checks are received and deposited by warehouse in WA and forwarded to you in email)
3. Other projects / tasks as needed
Must speak English and write English fluently
Must be proficient in Quickbooks, Excel, skype and email.
