We're a small SaaS and are looking to employ a Customer Service Sales Representative to help us.
- You must have excellent written and spoken English.
- You will be responsible for returning potential customer / customer phone calls and emails concerning questions about products, pricing, navigating on website, etc.
- You must be able to handle heavy work load and handle customer objections and complaints. Must know all product information and give accurate pricing on all products.
- You must have a computer with high speed internet, phone headset and a quiet workspace.
- A Background in sales and selling is a huge plus but you will get trained if necessary.
- You should be willing to learn
Experience in the following is a plus but not required:
- Google Chrome + Add-ons
- Firefox + Add-ons
