You will receive inbound calls from senior citizens responding to television advertisements for various types of medical braces and general items needed for daily life. You as the agent will lead the caller through a questionnaire to determine whether these items are eligible through Medicare for purchase. You must be comfortable multitasking and toggling through 8-10 screens including a search engine to locate physician information with ease, physician's NPI numbers etc. This requires you to take leadership, maintain control of the call, while clearly communicating, using patience and empathy. Hours are Tuesday - Saturday 6AM -2:30PM - With Sunday's and Monday's OFF Training Schedule Wednesday - June 1st - 7AM - 2PM PST - includes a 15 minute & 30 minute meal break. Thursday - June 2nd - 7AM - 2PM PST - includes a 15 minute & 30 minute meal break. Friday - June 3rd - 7AM - 2PM PST - includes a 15 minute & 30 minute meal break. Saturday - June 4th - 6:00AM - 2:30PM PST - First Day on Phones - End of pay cycle 11:59PM Sunday - June 5th - OFF - New Pay Cycle Begins at 12Midnight Pacific Monday - June 6th - OFF - Tuesday - June 7th - 6:00AM - 2:30PM PST - REGULAR SCHEDULE - Sunday - Thursday 6AM -2:30PM - With Sunday's and Monday's OFF Your first pay will be for all hours worked on or around July 1st maybe sooner depending on the funding of the project for hours worked.
