As a Customer Service Renewal Coordinator, you will work with a small team of software renewals maintenance representatives that are aligned with multiple sales representatives in a team selling environment to achieve individual and/or team goals.
•Manage and distribute inbound renewal’s queue requests from customers, account managers, sales managers effectively.
• Modify and amend customer quotes/invoices through SalesForce
• First touch marketing to all new customers for Platinum Support
• Contribute to and support the territory plans in conjunction with renewals representatives.
• Must be available to work between the hours of 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (-06:00 UTC)
• Experience with Salesforce is required
