The objective of the Customer Success Manager (CSM) is to maximize customer retention, happiness and success while also driving increased revenue. In this role you will act as a liaison to AMV’s customers to ensure they remain successful and realize the full value of their investment with AMV.
In addition you will guide our customers to provide outstanding customer experiences through the use of our services, SaaS platform, reporting dashboard and customer communications portal. You will be the trusted advisor our customer on to provide best practice and knowledge on AMV publicity solutions.
Lastly, you must have previous knowledge or experience in content marketing, internet marketing and SEO best practices. This is important when managing the customer’s campaign. You will be asked in the interview questions to go into great detail on what you know.
You will work towards meeting individual customer campaign targets and work closely with sales to enable further adoption of AMV services.
