JOB DESCRIPTION You will deal with requests from our customers by e-mail through our ticketing system. We will have detailed training sessions where you will be given details about the procedures to be followed; we will show you how to deal with different requests and how to get information from different systems. You will have a mentor/point of contact assigned in our office dedicated to solve any problems that you may encounter during your work. OUR APPROACH TO FREELANCERS AND REMOTE EMPLOYEES As you can see from our many job posts, most of them offering fixed positions, we employ many freelancers and we plan to scale this even more in the future. Freelancers and remote staff are a core part of our company, we don't post these jobs to cover a temporary need, which means that there can be development and career opportunities if you show us your talent, such as managing or leading a team of remote employees. COMPENSATION DETAILS For this work we will pay 500 US$ per month, that's 500 US$ per month net for you after platform fees. Payments for the month will be released around the 10th of the next month, so for example for your work in June, you will receive your salary on the 10th of July (it could be one or two days late if the 10th falls on a weekend). Note that it is up to you to research and comply to local regulations and laws in your country regarding your income deriving from freelance work, as well as to pay any applicable taxes.
