We are currently looking for a Remote Help Desk Technician to help with the day to day calls into our call center. this user must be famillar with ticket systems like Autotask and to be able to use the remote software application Logmein Rescue. Your weekly task will be outline within a ticket at which you will be required to access the device and preform the requested task. You will be required to enter you time and document all work preformed and expalin your solution to the cause of the reported task.
Task will range from password changes to creating new users to a domain and configure a system and providing them with the applications required for that end user.
We are looking for people with good tech skills that range from windows 7 pro to 10 and server 2008 and 2012. You will also need to know basic networking configurations and printer setups. Application support will range from Microsoft Office (Examples Outlook, word excel.), Quickbooks, iTunes, Photoshop, etc. and some custom applications as well.
You will not be required to preform phone calls but that would be a plus and in pay.
