We are a SaaS company and we are looking for a web developer who can help us build out our support documentation. Our support system is looking good, but we are moving it to a 'HelpScout' system and we also want to add to and structure our support system. We need someone who understands conversion tracking and can also help customers implement our tracking solution. Tasks Needed: 1. Implement tracking solution for customers. 2.
