Looking for a long-term hire. Perfect for someone who would like to work from home. We need dispatchers for our restaurant delivery companies. Dispatcher will need to have a computer and a smartphone. Orders will come up on the screen and the dispatcher will need to send to drivers and call restaurants. I am looking for customer support professionals that can handle new and ongoing support requests for a online hotel software (pms). The customers are mostly german speaking, a few english and some spanish. Currently I, the founder handle the support. We use redmine for tracking support tickets. The communication between our customers goes mostly per email, sometimes voip phone or skype. We help our customers to reorganize their hotel prices and get the set up on a channel manager where we maintain an interface to update rates and room availabilities and we import new reservations and cancellations.
