We are an IT products distributor that sells on European marketplaces (Amazon, Ebay, and others). We need to build a customer care support team to contact the customers after they place order, to explain them the product details and give them our support center contacts. The candidate must talk a PERFECT FRENCH LANGUAGE, better if french motherlanguage. Our customers must feel safe when they talk with our support center, and our aim is to mantain high quality standard. The job is pretty easy; but need to know some base concepts to can communicate with customers. We will do training for candidates before they will start to work. This is a very UNIQUE position, loosely in the field of customer service and/or virtual assistant services. As a Health Advocate, you will take on the persona of a number of different friendly software avatars as they interact with seniors. You will control various aspects of each avatar's behavior -- in particular, conversation. We require staffing at all hours of the day, especially waking hours in the US. You will likely start out on an ON-CALL or PART-TIME basis until you have demonstrated excellence in on-the-job training and your abilities are proven. Eventually you could work anywhere from 40 to 60 hrs/week. I run a human rights/vegan/environmentally focused adult online retail business and need some help for 3-10 hours a week. The day to day customer service and order processing is around 3 hours per week and will be ongoing. Consisting of the following; monitoring online sales, processing orders, emailing customers, emailing suppliers and managing the admin spreadsheets. Additionally I need help with other VA, admin support and online research type activities where possible. Essential skills: first rate written English (this is key), good computer basics, outstanding customer service, friendly and warm manner, good general communication skills. These skills are not required, however I would find it very helpful if you have any of these skills: online research, simple copy writing, basic Wordpress, online marking, social media. There are currently over 50 items on my to do list- it would be great to get cracking on them if everything goes well! You can be based anywhere since this is online, but you will need a good internet connection. I do have a slight preference for UK based people because we might be able to discuss other helpful tasks like fulfilment/shipping etc. I am a kind and considerate boss, and I will make sure you feel comfortable and have all the support you need from me.
