Along with my own sites, I have a handful of client websites on a shared hosting account that I manage. Because the technology side is not really the core of what I do, I'd like to find someone to help support updates, technical issues, and migrations/installations when needed to take them off my place. You will need to know cPanel well and be familiar with GoDaddy, DNS management, Email hosting and MX records, WordPress, and Google Analytics. You should be able to troubleshoot email issues, migrate sites, setup domains and WordPress sites, and conduct backups and clean ups. This will not be many steady hours just yet - mostly dealing with issues and questions as they come up. You may need to deal with my clients directly to support email issues, so customer service and confidentiality are important.
