We are currently looking for someone to take on the role of Customer Relations Officer. 2 years of relevant experience is required for this position. The position involves a broad range of responsibilities: - Daily chat support (from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST) - Customer support emails - Communication with technical support - Weekly transactional email marketing (MailChimp, Sendgrid) - Email & blog copywriting (once a week) - Weekly social media (Twitter & Facebook) Experience with Olark, Uservoice, Sengrid a plus. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday US eastern time and will be remote work. The candidate needs to be very autonomous and independent as he/she will have a lot of autonomy in his/her job. The Customer Relations Officer will respond directly to the CEO. The job is 40 hours per week with a fixed bi-monthly salary.
