For this position you need to be extremely organized as the emails can pile up and you need to have prioritizing skills and know which situation requires immediate attention.
For this position you need to have flexible availability as our customers are all over the world and thus can email at any given hour. You have to have the capability to work as an independent employee and not rely on support for petty questions/concerns.
