Seeking a freelancer to answer patient phone calls after hours between 5pm to 8pm four nights per week (Monday to Thursday evenings) to book medical appointments. Logging on to our clinic remote desktop software in Australia, you will interact with our medical appointment software to enter new patient details and book appointments. You will search our appointment diary for available spots and negotiate with the patient a date and time that suits them. You will explain details of the practice, the clinic address, the fees, and the need to obtain a referral from their family doctor.
