We're looking for a freelance customer service assistant who can answer Dutch customers' (kids and their parents) queries via email (using Zendesk).
... The right candidate would be:
- providing help and advice to customers using our products or services;
- communicating courteously with Dutch customers via email, using their native language
- investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants;
- keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
The job would require 1 hour a day answering questions.
