Qualifications for this position:
For this position, we require that the candidate is FLUENT IN JAPANESE. Because this is a customer service position, we also prefer candidates to have Microsoft Office skills and maintain both a cheerful and positive attitude. No other qualifications are required, but experience in customer service is ideal.
Tasks include general customer service functions, such as planning routes, booking reservations, ensuring flight confirmation, preparing reports, filing and maintaining documents, demonstrating exceptional communication skills, and ultimately leaving the customer satisfied.
