I prefer exceptional and dedicated candidates from the Philippines so if you are not from the Philippines, don’t waste your time applying. I'm looking for somebody that can do Facebook research and development. This will include doing research on competition using the search tool, copying and creating ads and also the ability to have a mindset that is unique and understands how to target interests based on the product they are going to launch (no products that are branded). You MUST have previous experience with Facebook ads and managing ad accounts. It will be a full-time job, the base rate is $16/day but can be negotiated based on past experience and hitting new goals. You also MUST be very reliable, has the “can-do-attitude”, responsible and can work with minimum supervision. Include, “ I’m from the Philippines” on your cover letter. We are home staging planners. We need to have appointments with real estate agents booked, according to our schedule availability. We have a general script written already that can be sent to you and there may be some times where you will have to email real estate agents while on the phone with them if they would like some visual information to look at before agreeing to book an appointment. Essentially you would be getting leads so that we can close the sales at the scheduled appointments. A strong command of English is required. We need testers living in Peru to receive and reply to a short SMS test on their cellphone. Testers will receive 1-10 text messages over the course of two weeks. After each text message, testers will very briefly reply to the message confirming its receipt either via text, email or Skype. Job is a contract requiring no more than two total hours over the course of two weeks, and pays a fixed contract of $5. User/Testers need to reside in Peru. I am currently looking for a virtual assistant for a long term working relationship. I want my virtual assistant to have access to a lot of real life sim cards, can receive texts on those sim cards (and potential automated calls) and can send me/forward the content of the texts and calls via skype text. It is important that the sim cards are real sim cards though, that you put inside your mobile phone to receive texts and calls. So your job is to purchase the cheapest sim cards possible and I will pay you for every bunch of recieved texts. Your job is just to read the content and send it to me. You can be from India, every eastern europe country or anywhere else, it doesn't really matter. It is of utmost importance for me that you are accessible most of the time. When I text you to say "Hey I need you to receive a text for me right now", I count on you to be online and to receive the text for me. The payment will be for a certain number of texts that you receive and forward to me. I will disclose the amount of texts (not that much) once you apply and I've looked into your profile.
