We are looking at outsourcing our 24 hour emergency call line from our current provider. We would require the freelancer to be fluent in English, and available to answer emergency calls 24/7. This call would then be documented on a provided script worksheet, and sent to our on-call office personnel, with a phone call advising of the details of the emergency.
This candidate would be highly organized, thorough and efficient.
This is an ongoing assignment, but holds a lot of responsibility as our clients, often including executives, require immediate attention and top notch service.
Payment for this position would be based on call volume - a per-call rate would be negotiated.
