As Head of Product, you will lead the product development efforts to create compelling, user-centric air quality products that set new standards for innovation and design excellence. Leveraging your expertise in industrial design and product development, you will play a key role in shaping our product portfolio and driving the company's growth strategy. In this role, you will: -Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's vision and objectives. -Identify market opportunities, define product roadmaps, and prioritize initiatives to drive business growth -Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch. -Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that customers love, on time and within budget -Lead concept ideation and iteration with sketching, wireframe development, and prototypes -Work on features and products through their entire lifecycle: user research, competitive analysis, product definition, usability testing, launch, and beyond -Engage in hands-on technical work, including designing, prototyping, and testing consumer electronics hardware -Utilize data-driven insights to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement -Drive continuous R&D efforts to explore new technologies, features, and product enhancements that differentiate our offerings in the market -Track and analyze product metrics, customer feedback, and market data to identify areas for optimization and enhancement -Manage all aspects of hardware projects, ensuring they meet high-quality standards, stay within budget, and adhere to timelines -Solve complex problems by challenging assumptions using creativity -Drive innovative approaches through emerging product trends or new technologies Qualifications: -Experience developing new consumer electronics products from idea to prototype to mass market launch -Experience working with industrial designers and agencies -Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and constraints -Strong working knowledge of consumer electronics, electrical and electronic controls -Ability to lead hardware development from conception to production, while also being directly involved in design and development processes -Experience with motorized products -Experience developing IoT devices -Experience with high volume, highly cosmetic electronics enclosure materials and manufacturing processes -Experience integrating electromechanical component modules
