I need a Social Media marketing coach/consultant to jumpstart me in developing a social media marketing plan for my family's new cosmetics company. I want to grow into the role of leading our social media unit. I myself am very familiar with many applications like IG, facebook, twitter, etc... at a hobby level but what I am looking for is someone to organize me (SM plan template plus other useful templates) and advise me how to move forward. After the initial jumpstart, I may use the same coach for the next stages of our marketing efforts. Below is my current thoughts/strategy. 1) For the next 6-12 months, post anything (beauty, fashion, architecture, luxury, makeup selfies, video tutorials, quotes, store window displays ,product reviews) to gain and keep followers 2) 3 months before launching our first products, I want to start doing brand-specific posts and delete old posts that are no longer relevant. This will include sending product to influencers to test and post about on their page, creating video content to post on SM, and really partner post with other IGers.
