However for someone excelling greatly and capable of a wide range of tasks, pay will be significant, hours full time, and possibility of benefits as well. We want a long term relationship with someone willing and able to work full time or close to it (at least 30 hours). To begin / train though hours will be much less, and total hours depends on your ability to do a wide range of tasks well.
