We are an online marketing training and consultancy business looking to hire key team members to assist with our rapid growth projections for 2017.
We are currently seeking a multi-talented, experienced, highly organized digital marketing and executive assistant to play a key role in the day to day operations of our company.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2-3 years of verifiable experience in the variety of digital marketing tasks we will require. We are looking for an individual with high drive, positive mindset, who is a quick learner, proficient with online marketing tasks, willing to learn and highly organized and efficient at completing a multitude of tasks quickly with an attention to detail.
This is a virtual, work-from-home position.
+ 2+ years verifiable experience in a variety of online marketing tasks and responsibilities
+ Exceptional organization and project management skills with the ability to multi-task
+ Proficiency with a variety of office software such as MS Word, Excel, Google Docs, Pages, etc.
+ Proficiency and knowledge of the internet, websites, social media, and a variety of online software
+ Proficiency and understanding of social media marketing
+ Proficiency and ability to use (or learn) software such as Wordpress, Aweber, InfusionSoft, ClickFunnels, Basecamp, Trello, etc.
+ Strong writing skills
+ Must be fluent in verbal and written English
+ Must take directions well but also be self driven, and able to take initiative to solve problems and suggest better options and solutions
+ Must be available, reliable and quick to respond
Primary Duties may include but are not limited to:
Virtual Online Assistant Responsibilities:
+ Customer support, responding to email and/or instant chat support tickets, emails, and customer communication on social media
+ Administrative reporting; weekly / monthly sales and expense reporting
+ Customer and JV outreach; contacting individuals for interviews, contacting customers, etc.
+ Communication and scheduling of appointments, calls, interviews
Social Media & Content Management Responsibilities:
+ Social media management and engagement
+ Publishing posts and content on social media
+ Updating and publishing blog posts on wordpress platform
+ Publishing and promoting regular content on social media
+ Posting and optimizing YouTube videos and related content
+ Updating digital training content in customer membership site
+ Email marketing (Aweber, InfusionSoft)
Since most of our work is done on Mac computers, it is important the candidate also uses a Mac and is familiar with Mac software such as Pages, Keynote and Numbers. We also use Google Drive and Google Docs heavily, so experience with Google software is beneficial.
This is a long term contract position which will begin initially on a part-time basis (20-25hrs/week) and eventually grow into a full time position (40-50hrs/week).
