Our company is looking for a bright and talented individual to join our team who can run the day to day operations of our Amazon.com account as well as the Amazon International websites where we sell our products ( Canada, Germany, UK)
This individual should be able to manage the following:
Create new listings
Change product names
Update ASIN's titles,
Update ASIN's Descriptions
Update warranty + tech spec section,
Deal with issues when ASINs become merged incorrectly
Verify that FBA inventory is in fact received correctly + deal with issues if they arise (assign to wrong ASIN, stuck in customs, not received, not delivered etc.)
Responding to Amazon Policy issues (example counterfeit claims against our products). Sending good response to AMZ.
Monitor sales velocity as compared to previous period of time
Monitor FBA inventory, where we have large quantity of item that isn't moving. (either remove to NYC or lower price)
Do analysis of SKU's across marketplaces to determine why and how sales different
Coordinate with our customer service teams if an item is having performance issues and needs to be removed.
