OVERVIEW We would like to do a historical overview & analysis of the last full year of our PPC business (U.S. online, commercial, B2B digital printer). More specifically, we cut our PPC spending radically within the last six months and need an overview of the impact of that change. We are in need of simple and clear KPIs in order to move forward with maximizing the impact of our future, adjusted spend. This analysis project will consist of two parts: 1. General overview and analysis of our performance based on industry best practices and standards. And a timeline comparison of the impact of our recent decision to radically cut our PPC spend. 2. Individual Ad performance. We would like to know which of our product ads performed well. From that list we would like compare those ads to each other in a table format with key comparative metrics in the rows which provide actionable comparative insights to move forward. CRITERIA We are looking for a skilled SEM analyst who is stellar at distilling raw information down to its intelligent essence, displaying it visually (supporting charts, etc) as applicable, and explaining it in business impact terminology. The audience of this analysis are executives who are familiar with PPC, but by no means experts. We are looking to do this initial, core analysis within the GA reporting framework with custom, reusable reports, and dashboards to support the base report(s). Those reports need to live in our system and belong to us. Supporting documents and reports could also live on our Google Drive as sheets as well. We're also looking into Google Data Studio to facilitate the executive BI as well, so that's also a possibility if you have experience and are willing to utilize that tool ... although not mission critical at this time. If you perform excellently at this particular job, there is more SEM analysis as well as execution to be done.
