We need you to spread the message of the Happy MD on social media.
The Happy MD is hiring a social media manger contractor who can relate to Physician / Medical burn out. We are on a mission to put and end to the burn-out epidemic in the US.
Your job will be to free up Dr. Dike’s time. He has been doing all the social media posting for the past 5 years. He has too many speaking and training events to attend to keep up with the posts. As a trial run we will high a SMM for the next three months. If it works out well you will continue on in the position
You will be responsible for selecting, scheduling and reporting content on Facebook, Twitter, and Linkedin. We follow the classic 60/30/10 rules of Original content / Reference content / promotions.
Post 1 piece each working day, for the next 3 months.
You will have to coordinate with a small team when PR pieces go out.
Creat weekly engagnment reports on what is and is not working.
There are over 5 years of blog posts to pull content from. We are the point we can start to recycle past content. Dike continues to writes new articles to the blog. While some content pieces will be given to you, some research is required to find outside content.
This is a contract position. You need to have your own processes / systems down for running a social media campaign.
While are in a contract position, you will be treated as part of the HappyMD team and have access to everyone.
