We are an experienced Real Estate Investing Firm that is enjoying aggressive growth and expansion into several new markets in Chester and Montgomery Counties in Pennsylvania, USA. We specialize in rehabbing and increasing value for single family homes.
We are looking to increase our social media presence by managing our Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter accounts and communications. We are hiring a Social Media Manager to do the following:
- Post to Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn 3 times a week (Monday - Real Estate Related news topic of interest, Wednesday - blog posts from our website or pictures from current real estate project, Friday - upcoming open houses or funny news or pictures related to Real Estate). Hootsuite may be used to post to all three at the same time. Research will be required to find Monday and Friday posts.
- Manage connections and messages, including creating/requesting new connections
- Report once a week on activities and social media statistics (Excel spreadsheet to be updated on Google Apps once a week by Monday morning).
The successful candidate will be creative and possess good US English Writing Skills, spelling, and grammar. Experience with Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Hootsuite is required.
Experience with reporting spreadsheets is required (Excel spreadsheet is supplied on Google Apps), and they must be consistent in providing posts and possess good time management skills.
Our budget for this position is $250 per month.
