The primary job responsibility for the First-Call Retrieval Specialist (Call Center Agent) will be making outbound phone calls to facilities with the purpose of verifying receipt of request as well as verifying and updating custodian/facility information. All work hours will be within 7am to 7pm Central Time dictated by assigned calls.
The position will involve making 70-80 first call contacts per day, a detailed list of information to be verified will need to be completed for each call. There will be no client/attorney contact accompanying this position.
The primary tools used to accomplish this task will be MR8, the telephone system, and some Windows programs. All agents must posses the ability to follow precise instructions, make a high volume of phone calls, and have clear verbal and written communication in the English language.
Required Skill Set:
Proficient with Microsoft Windows and related software applications (preferably MR8)
Strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
