I started to write an E-Book in November 2015 called Master Mental Health which i have recently just completed. The underpinnings of the E-Book come from my academic degree, my experiences with society and my time spent in hospital. I realised very recently that i could merge the CD and the E-book into one Art Therapy product that i could give away free to people. I want to market it on social media websites which i will start to do when i have some more capital. The aim of my social enterprise is to make people more aware of the problems that we all face in society and the impact that this has on the psychological and physical well-being of people holistically. I am looking for brave open minded people to listen to and read through my work and see if its something that they believe in! I want to actively make a difference with my company and if you are interested in taking that journey with me you are most welcome. The Arts are a very restricted part of society and more should be done to support and include Artists in society. This is one of my goals as a company.
