I am partner of an HR Solutions Company called Makina Benefits and we are looking to reach out to our local businesses to give free consultations of our services with the objective of saving the business money in overhead expenses, medical insurance premiums, out-of-pocket costs, payroll service fees, and taxes.
We specialize in business planning, payroll, compliance, record-keeping, and benefits. Makina Benefits distinguishes itself as the one solution to most Human Resource responsibilities by coordinating with attorneys, Healthcare specialists, and accountants to create a network that can solve any problem.
The goals is to make as many appointments as possible by offering a free consultation and a free demo of the HR software. To be extremely clear, we are asking to come in and speak to an office manager, HR manager, or Owner to share who we are and what we do at their place of business. This isn't an easy task and the market is quite saturated; however, it can be done. We want to be direct, call out competitors, and do what it takes to get them to dedicate 20 minutes of their time to a quick meeting.
I have constructed a script with a general speech, responses to objections, and what to say if you are directed to leave a voice message. There are significant incentives ($50) to setting an appointment that we can confirm, per appointment, and even more significant bonuses (up to $1000), per enrollment, if we manage to enroll the client and form a partnership. Top appointment setter will receive raises.
Makina Benefits only wants people who can produce results and be conversational. Robots, non-fluent English speakers, and inexperienced callers need not apply.
A speech (which will be used as a guide), the database of business names & contact names, and a confidentiality contract will be provided upon hire.
