Necesitamos una persona con experiencia en ventas o servicio al cliente para contactar telefonicamente a empresas industriales en todo Mexico, y a la vez colectar informacion y actualizar un CRM (Salesforce) en base a la informacion obtenida en las llamadas. Buscamos a alguien que sepa hablar correctamente y tengas buenas formas pues el tipo de clientes es mayormente profesional. Las llamadas se harian entre 9 de la mañana y 4 de la tarde hora de Mexico. Inicialmente estimamos que estarías trabajando una lista de cerca de 300 empresas y, de acuerdo a los resultados podríamos expandir el alcance hasta un poco más de 1,000 empresas. En base a esto, estimamos que este trabajo tendría una duracion de al menos dos semanas a tiempo completo, y podría llegar hasta 6-7 semanas. Personas con experiencia en ventas así como candidatos Mexicanos son preferidos. Igualmente experiencia con Salesforce o algún otro CRM es un plus. Debe tener acceso a un sistema confiable que les permita hacer llamadas en todo el territorio nacional Mexicano (por ejemplo, un telefono fijo o skype) y acceso a internet pues debe mantener actualizado el CRM. A high-end digital marketing agency is recruiting for a sales position with primarily appointment setting roles. We want to make this simple, and lucrative. We want somebody who gets RESULTS, and can responsibly represent a brand. We are primarily looking for someone that: - is extremely fluent in English. We may consider someone where English is their second language, but ONLY if you cannot** easily pick up on any accent, and also have a proficient understanding of English grammar. - has a significant amount of sales experience - can set multiple appointments per day/week - understands the difference between a hot lead/warm lead/cold lead** - understands dealing with objections, pain points, buy cycles, triggers, and warming up leads - can manage a pipeline effectively - can, provided a list of leads, make a steady progress of 10 - 100 new contacts per day (the range will vary based on the effectiveness we see; we don't want to utilize all lead sources before being confident in a representative) - has experience with a CRM software (Salesforce, Hubspot, Insightly, etc) - some knowledge/experience with digital marketing preferred, but not required. We are willing to pay both upfront pay, and high commissions. However it needs to be clear that we are not looking for people who are merely looking for a job. We want someone who kicks a** and can grind through a lead list, but NOT someone who just "milks hours" and knows how to pick up a phone. We are quite leery of hiring on an "outsourcing" website, so our current pay scales are going to slightly reflect that. I can say that we prefer the scale to look like this: ******************************************************************************************************** IF YOU FEEL THAT YOUR EXPERIENCE LEGITIMATELY JUSTIFIES HIGHER COMPENSATION, SIMPLY ANNOTATE IN PROPOSAL AND RATES CAN BE NEGOTIATED DURING THE INTERVIEW STAGE ******************************************************************************************************** Total Monthly Income as of starting date: $1,500 Total Monthly Income under avg. performance after 12 months: $10,080 $2 per hour + $5-$35 per appointment + 15% of recurring payments (our current average account value is ~$1,300 per month) At 40 hours per week, and 50 calls per day, with our current close rate on inbound lead channels your pay would come out to: $2 p/hr * 160 hours p/m = $320 per month (50 p/d *2% appt success rate) * (20 business days p/m) = 20 set appts p/m 20 appts * (avg. booking compensation of $20) = $400 p/m 20 appts * (our current stat verified close rate of ~20% within 14 days of appointment) = 4 new closed/won accounts p/m As long as you have performed at an average rate, in the first 30 days, your commission would be: $1,300 (current avg. customer value) * 4 new accts * 15% residual commission = $780 The real benefit to the agency is with retention. We aren't mcdonalds. Our current average retention is 13 months; with proper targeting, we could see that increase to 18/24. The same that the real benefit to the agency is over multiple months, we would like to structure the compensation accordingly in that regard as well. Therefor your real benefits come in when you can close bring at least $3,000 p/m of new business to the table for at least 12 months consecutively: ($3,000*15%=$780) * (12 months) = $9,360 p/m or $112,320 per year. You won't have to close the account par-se, but if you think you can, we are open to that discussion as well. In which case, we can raise your recurring commission. This is our first time hiring with an "outsourcing" website and in an effort to cut out a certain lower level of quality, we would like each proposal to have a custom cover letter with at least 2/3 sentences of why you think you are the best fit for the job. Lastly, please address at least 5 of the points from above that we are looking for in a new hire.
