You have to enjoy talking to people over the phone and having an “ I can make it work attitude” This is fast paced so if you are a snail you will get ran over. The position is very simple. You coordinate with Realtors to go inside a property and get a report back. Sound Simple, will in principle it is but you are working with multiple real estate agents, in multiple states and with multiple properties. Here is how it works, someone brings a property to us, It is then your job to call, yes over the phone anyone that is in the area starting with those we have done reports for us in the past to Realtors we have never spoken to. Mean you call and say can we pay you to go look at a property and complete a report. You go over our report and what is required, pay and get them to agree to get out to the property. We need three realtors to go the property and of course we pay the realtors.
Once you have gotten commitments from the Realtors to go to the property you send them the order. Speed is the key here we want the reports back in 2 days or less. So you get that commitment on the first Phone call. The 24 hours later you follow up via phone, the text, and then email to see if the Realtor got into the property. You have to get confirmation within 4 hours that they gained access and will have report back soon. If you don’t get confirmation you then find a new replacement Realtor to see the property.
Once the reports come in you then verify some information for quality. If the quality is not right you send back to Realtor for corrections. If it is good you turn them in and you then arrange for payment to the Realtor. It is so important they get paid on time so they will do a report again when you need the help.
You will be handling 30 properties at any given time in different states and with multiple agents per property.
This is not a check your email 4 Hour work week type position. This is a have your cellphone by you get stuff done on demand, make it happen. So if you are looking for something to do weekends and evening then this is not for you.
Depending on your skill set you may have some others to manage and help with overflow.
KEYS TO SUCCESS
1. Must have phone experience. You cant be afraid to be on the phone
2. You have to be willing to “bug” people. Realtors forget and need follow up
3. Organization. You must be organized and be able to juggle
4. Must be available US business hours
