I need someone to help gather information for me to use to make recommendations to prospective clients concerning their retirement plans. This is used to sell financial products including life insurance, annuities, long term care insurance, and mortgages. Initially, this will involve finding the appraised value of a prospect's home by looking at the appraisal district online records and also some information concerning their mortgage by searching online deed records for the person. Each prospect has provided information to me including their age, marital status, health status, type of health insurance, sources of income, types of investments they have and whether they own a home, are buying it or renting. I may also train the VA to run online insurance company software to create product illustrations to be shown to clients. I initially will have about 150 to 200 prospects which I need this information for. I have created a lead generation program and will be able to create more leads at any time. However, I need to work the leads that I have before I invest more money for new leads. This will be an ongoing opportunity, but may go back and forth from full time to part time until I can afford to continuously generate the leads.

I need someone to send me the simple steps for creating custom PDFs from a standard PDF and a list in MS Excel. The Excel spreadsheet has names addresses and email addresses. The PDF is 95 page document. -- I want to create a different document for each person in the address list. --The customized PDF would have their name and company in the header. --The header would read, "Created exclusively for SAMPLE NAME at COMPANY. Not for re-distribution". --Then I want to automatically email them a link of the PDF file using MS Outlook. I want to automatically email to Joe Smith the PDF that says. “ Created Exclusively for Joe Smith at Big Company at the Top”. --Finally, I want the link to point to a specific Dropbox folder location that contains the PPM. The winning bidder will be the one who can provide me the simplest solution in writing or video... or even a link to a free website or video (or almost free). You will also need to tell me what Adobe program I need to solve this problem. Currently I only have Acrobat Reader. I also have MS Office 16. If I need to write a macro, you will need to figure out how to write it for me and send it to me. I hope this can be done without a macro.
