Candidates must have at least 2 year proven phone success. Very ORGANIZED, well spoken, confident, unstoppable mindset, coach-able, exceptionally driven, resourceful, results-oriented, passionate about helping businesses grow, persuasive, assertive, honest, quality follow-up, attention to detail, outstanding verbal communicator over the telephone
Microsoft word, excel, powerpoint, google calendar, google-drive, knowledge of infusionsoft recommended but not required,
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This position is 90% phone sales/appointment scheduler and 10% assistant to the sales person. Representative must activate leads provided by company and secure own leads and referrals.
When talking to leads, must take very detailed notes about the client. Get as much information about the client and provide it to the sales person before the client attends the web meeting.
Over 50% of your leads will be cold calls.

Report activity and results on a daily basis
Proactively improve performance through coaching and feedback provided by management
