I work for a music company that is looking to pitch our music services to corporations, offices, hotels, and apartment complexes this holiday season.
I am looking for a freelancer to research the following and put it into an excel spreadsheet:
1. Research and find a list corporations, business offices, hotels, + apartment complexes in the San Francisco Bay Area. (one column)
2. Find people in suitable roles, which would include the following: HR Director, Events Manager, Office Manager, Catering Director, and if nothing else manager or people who appear to be in charge (one or more columns based on if you find multiple people. If you think multiple people might be suitable, please let us know)
3. Find their phones numbers + extensions (one column) and most importantly their email addresses (one column)
4. You can also have a column with any notes about the organization in question.
