My company is looking for a full time Liquidation Manager. The following tasks will be completed every day for the Liquidation Managers (LMs). Some of the following tasks will have set times that they are completed every single day (i.e. Review Pipeline Reports, morning meetings, calling agents, and calling cash buyers), some tasks will be completed only when a house is under contract and will not necessarily have a set schedule (sending out deal emails, calling correct sub-list to let them know we have a house under contract, calling agents in the geographic area surrounding the house under contract, etc.). High attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability is required. Time is always limited, so we will be trying to accomplish as much as possible in the shortest amount of time.
General Tasks: Morning update, returning calls, outbound prospecting (real estate agents), relationship management, deal marketing, and transaction facilitation.
