I need you to send out emails to large numbers of websites. Not automated per-se but each done elegantly and not spammy. I will construct the email for for each spread sheet. Each spread sheet will be sent for different aspects of the link building process. The YouTube video I made is for the hardest case where each email must be different. Some of the time the emails will all be the same making it easier for you. It just depends on what I need. Sometimes the contact information will be hard to find and I hope you might have some secret tactics on how to find webmaster or website contact information. I have a few tricks up my sleeve like using Who is lookup to find webmaster contact information. For every website you contact successfully I will need you highlight the corresponding field yellow so I know they have been contacted.

I need to find someone to send emails for our business. I am not concerned with the email address and I do not want to have to setup email accounts or a website to send them from. I need to send emails, have tracking linked to those emails, get responses and communicate my message with specific lists (I can provide the list). I do not want unsubscribe links and I want these emails to be strictly text, simple, 1 person per email (so it appears that I am sending them individually and they are personal.) They can be Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, whatever. I just need to communicate my message and that message to look like it came directly from me.
