We need an experienced telemarketing agent that performs customer satisfaction calls to recent customers in the US. You should possess experience contacting consumers that do not expect your call. Our products are highly rated, so that you should not experience reactions out of the ordinary. While we expect telemarketing experience in order to know how to reach your goals, we do not wish aggressive strategies. Please perceive, the focus rather lies on customer service.
We will deliver a basic script that we expect you to follow, with or without adjusting to your personal comfort. We will ensure that you are going to receive guidelines in order for you to be prepared for objection. We will make a software available that automates most of the documentation. We pay on an hourly basis expecting a high dialing rate and paying bonuses for meeting and exceeding targets. You should have a verifiable US or UK accent but physically being in the US or UK is not a requirement. Fluent Spanish would definitely be a plus to be considered.
