We are an e-commerce brand in the craft/lifestyle/accessories category looking for someone to work with on a continuing basis who will be our marketing / PR person. You are someone who is familiar with the arts / DIY / handmade / lifestyle movement. Our main selling point is that we offer unique OOAK supplies to crafters / jewelers / hobbyists. You will be experienced and well versed in PR, digital marketing, SEM, SEO, and social media strategies. Some traditional offline PR (press releases, pitching to journalists etc.) will be needed as well. We are looking for someone who is not only a strategist/consultant but someone who will do the work as well i.e. writing, pitching, running online campaigns, gaining more followers. following up with bloggers, journalists etc. We have a unique product and brand with a small existing loyal customer base looking to gain higher exposure and to raise awareness of our brand/products in the craft/lifestyle category. We are looking to pay a retainer fee of about $200 / monthly paid out biweekly or monthly (depending on your preference) with a potential for more depending on the results you deliver. We are looking for a long term relationship - someone who will become the marketing / PR arm of our business. There is a lot of room for future growth and different kinds of opportunities with us (such as doing craft / trade shows for us and earning a commission on sales etc.) We are looking for a self-starter. Using the power editor. Split testing dozens of different ads targeting different audiences - Analyzing which ads are getting the best CPI and picking ads that we will keep on using - Run the ads, tweak them and make them successful. We need a specialist that can take care of all the necessary changes to make it work - You will be in charge of creating the marketing materials (banners) with the help of the team. Basically you’ll be telling them what to do (we have designers) - No-one in the team has experience with Facebook & instagram ads. However i will coach you on what to do to make it work. I have people with high knowledge around me that will guide me. I’ll need your help setting up the ads, tweaking them and reporting the results Here are the must competences : - proven experience with the power editor for both Facebook and instagram ads - You need to be able to run the ads on your own following my advice.
