We are looking for a technical solution consultant who can build a decision matrix, using weighted values for discrete functions of popular sales and marketing applications.
This requires prior domain expertise in CRM, integrated messaging and newsletter marketing, inbound marketing (campaigns, personalized landing pages), database marketing and list maintenance, and other automation of the “quote to cash” workflow of account-based marketing, sales, and service.
We anticipate that the decision-matrix will enable a rapid side by side comparison of popular marketing clouds and standalone best-of-class tools. We will provide a short list for suites and tools to consider.
We would like a technical solution consultant to modify existing requests-for-proposal frameworks and deliver a customized decision matrix by July 25. We will provide a starter version...however, we'd like to review one that you have already used.
Structure of matrix:
ROW: Application domain (CRM, email marketing, etc.) / Functional area of domain (CRM > Web to lead forms, lead scoring, dashboard analytics... / Function (CRM > Web to lead forms > Auto-fill from account record, Email validity checking, Exclusion of personal email address (not business TLDs)
COLUMNS: Vendor_01, Vendor_02, etc.
DATA VALUES (CELLS): 0=no, 1=yes, 2=yes, premium, 3=partner, 4= don't know ... with inserted Comments of spreadsheet
