Our firm is in need of three lists put together like the one attached. every other two weeks.
You would look at company websites for openings, find LinkedIn connections from the company, name and phone number of the hiring manager.
If your list is late or not with valid leads, we will not continue otherwise this is an ongoing project and could expand for you if you have great communication and put together great leads.
The first three list will be due on 5/25 at 9:00 AM MST due to the fact that a researcher we hired could not meet the deadline so we are now searching again for a reliable researchers who is committed to our deadlines.
There are three list every two weeks- List Due on the Sunday by 6:00 PM MST, absolutely must be on time. 6/12, no list on 7/3 becasue it is a major holiday here in the USA then 7/10 and then so on every two weeks on a Sunday evening to me at 6:00 PM MST.
50- colleges and diversity
30 for Salt Lake City businesses
75 for the geographical market for a bi weekly total of 175 every two weeks
Samples of all three list will be shared with the Researcher
First list is private colleges and diversity openings-
Diversity is when a company seeks to hire someone that oversees their company hiring and attracting minority employees or students
50 contacts and please make sure that there are no state or county leads for this. We only wish to work with private schools. If there is a state name in the name of the school or a county name, they are not private, pay attention to this process.
Second List Is a geographical market that we are working in. For example, it could be Denver, Colorado, Las Vegas, NV etc. You may have to ask if you should expand the list to cover more than that area as you may find that you may not get too many leads from that specific area. Just ask if we should expand the area if you are struggling with the leads.
NO other recruiting firms and you must look at the website of the company to ensure that this is not another recruiting firm and is a mid to large corporation.
Dana Paige would always tell you before or provide you with the marketing list schedule of the city that we are planning to work in. We will work in that city for 30 days. So that means that you would put together a two lists before we move to the next market. 75 contacts
The third list is for Salt Lake City marketing this is where we will be sending out a recruiter to visit local business for business generation. We are trying to obtain more business locally for our firm. You will put together a list of 30 clients in the industry we work in engineering, major businesses, private colleges etc. for openings like Human Resources Manager or Director, Engineering Manager or Licensed Engineer, Software Developer, Payroll Manager or any other position that you know from working with our firm that we have worked on in the past. No Sales positions.
Dana Paige will notify you of how far out she wishes to have the recruiters travel to or an area in Salt Lake City. We need the address and try to make sure that the contact for the company that we are going out to visit is actually at that location so that the recruiter doesn’t have to travel to the site and cannot locate the contact.
