I have been sending email marketing for over 5 years. My company sends can spam compliant bulk marketing email. We follow the 3 simple rules to be spam can complainant. We put a notice that our email marketing is an advertisement, we list our company address and we also have a function opt out.
We use sendy as our api and use our dedicated server to send mail. The last year I have been battling with Spam Haus. Every time we do a new mailing we instantly end up on their black list with causes our sender score to go way down. Spam Haus is recognized as one of the of the most used and reputable spam stopping appliance, they have labeled us as a now show spanner. We only send from one primary mail server, with 1 IP address and 1 domain. We have domain this for the last few years.
We are a 10000% legit company that sells hotel rooms, we market to over 150 shows per year and we have 750,000 emails in our database. We are honest and have an A rating with the better business bureau. Any typical month we send out 250,000 emails. We handle all our potential bounces by verifying our email addresses each month through both DNS and smtp verification. We have been kicked of amazon SES mail service not because our bounce rate or our spam complaint was high, its just because some one has it out for us. The worst part is we dont know who and why. We honor all our opt outs and we have a feeling it could be our competition trying to sabotage us.
I am looking to hire an EXPERT and only an EXPERT in email deliverablity and email marketing. Your job will be to help us understand how other companies that are ESP's like send grid, amazon ses and mandrill work. We want to set up a system similar to those huge companies that send billions of email messages a month , I asume that they rotate IP'S, rotates domains. This that way we can stay off off blacklists by spreading our mail over thousands of IP addresses. We want to do everything legally and and not give any false information in our email headers.
We feel that there must be a way to beat spamhaus and send email with out getting black listed each and every time. Please help, tell us the secret!

A sender of Unsolicited Bulk E-mail (UBE), or "spam". A person who either knowingly or unknowingly sends UBE is termed a "spam sender", the short form of which is "spammer". Also a person who engages in the business of spam, supplying software, hosting, or other materials to enable spamming.
Traditionally it means any person who sends, pays or arranges for someone else to send, or assists someone else to send spam, or otherwise directly or indirectly benefits from spam.
Like a snowshoe spreads the load of a traveler across a wide area of snow, snowshoe spamming is a technique used by spammers to spread spam output across many IPs and domains, in order to dilute reputation metrics and evade filters.
Snowshoers use many fictitious business names (DBA - Doing Business As), fake names and identities, and frequently changing postal dropboxes and voicemail drops. Conversely, legitimate mailers try hard to build brand reputation based on a real business address, a known domain and a small, permanent, well-identified range of sending IPs. Snowshoers often use anonymized or unidentifiable whois records, whereas legitimate senders are proud to provide their bona fide identity.
Some showshoers use tunneled connections from their back-end spam cannon to the spam egress IP. The back-end IP address is not in the spam headers. ISPs, you are in a position to detect those back-end spam cannons by checking where traffic flows are coming from. Remember, the tunneled connection is not necessarily on port 25. Spamhaus always appreciates such information.
