We have excel files of addresses and names of who we have sent our marketing out to the past 5 years.
We would need someone to correlate those details to information in our system - such as what areas/neighborhoods/lakes have we been marketing to that we have not been getting many leads from, where have we been marketing to that have received a lot of leads, what the average sale amount is in those certain areas.
From there we would like to figure out if there is a trend on why we think our marketing has been effective or ineffective in those certain areas, ie do we service a lot of people around that persons property- thus they are more likely to buy and that is a hot area, are they more wealthy (have a high EMV) and thus more apt to purchase our services, how many times we had to hit them with marketing before they purchased, how many people purchased in an area per year, have we saturated certain areas so no use in marketing there any longer, along with other factors that we may want to research such as their job title, characteristics of their property layout, how long have they owned the house etc. This may also discover markets we are missing out on in other areas of the state.
I am not sure what type of analysis this would technically be considered- if it would be more GIS, Regression analysis, Business intelligence, statistics, market research or something else.
