I'm brand new to Mail Chimp, and I need help setting up a simple campaign.
Here's what I'm trying to do:
I would like to send an email to my clients after each job to ask for an online review. (Approx 20-30 emails per month). Client names will be entered manually after completion of each job. The email will have 2 buttons - one for "YES - I will recommend" and one for "NO - I will not recommend". I would like to be able to track who opened the email, and which button they pressed, if any. Then if possible, I would like to automate a follow up for those who did not respond.
Here's what I need:
I have a Mail Chimp account, but I need the campaign set up
I need the template created (I have text, buttons, and layout)
I need the follow up automation
I will likely need some training on how the system works
