The primary task will involve conducting an in-depth analysis and providing a summary of how the following operations occur for a typical restaurant that is part of a large chain in the US:
- Daily line checks (opening, closing, front of house, back of house)
- Day-to-day operational tasks (store setup, food prep, customer service, cleanup)
- Compliance audits (inspections)
- Internal QA with corporate
