Insurance calling with a mature, capable individual needed. I need a clear, English speaking virtual assistant who doesn't sound foreign to make my prospect/lead calls. Every name and number I have are excellent prospects needing a specific type of insurance, Medicare plans. The assistant should be good at reading a phone speech, comfortable with easy back-and-forth conversation and capable of representing me with class and elegance so that an appointment can be made. I personally follow up with an in-home appointment that my assistant will be making for me. The phone call data needs to be detailed by using 2 different Excel spreadsheets (clients vs. prospects) indicating whether each individual call terminated in a future client or an appointment for one of the days on my schedule when I am free to meet with them. If the person who wants to work with me in the future, I am also hoping they can work with QuickBooks.
