Looking for people who aren't afraid to make cold calls and know how to close deals. My company offers recruiting and staffing services to engineering and architectural firms. We are looking to do some very unique things in the industry but it is going to take time (and money) to get there.
The ideal candidate MUST at least understand how recruiting companies work. Experience selling recruiting/staffing services is a huge plus. Must also be able to use a CRM without difficulty.
I envision the process going as follows but am open to suggestions:
Day 1 - Prospect gets an email about my company, this will include a note that someone will be calling the next day
Day 2 - Follow up phone call
My salesperson must be able to input info about the call into a CRM, so we can start an email campaign based on the results of the phone call.
Day 5 - Follow up email series begins
Future - Follow up regularly with phone calls/emails
Please do not apply if you cannot speak and write PERFECT ENGLISH. You will be tested on both. I don't necessarily care if a person is in the US (although thats a plus) but if you have grammatical errors in your application there's no way I can trust you to email customers.
I'm also open to applications from candidates who have experience creating outbound marketing platforms and strategies.
Basically looking for great salespeople who are intelligent and can quickly learn and sell my business model. There will be significant bonuses for individuals who are successful in closing deals with clients.

At the absolute minimum the candidate needs to have experience with B2B sales, preferably in some type of service industry, and a basic knowledge of staffing/recruiting. Ability to close big deals required (a typical transaction is between $15,000-30,000, and you can expect to be rewarded for closing these deals).
