We are looking to do some very unique things in the industry but it is going to take time (and money) to get there. The ideal candidate MUST at least understand how recruiting companies work. Experience selling recruiting/staffing services is a huge plus. Must also be able to use a CRM without difficulty. I envision the process going as follows but am open to suggestions: Day 1 - Prospect gets an email about my company, this will include a note that someone will be calling the next day Day 2 - Follow up phone call My salesperson must be able to input info about the call into a CRM, so we can start an email campaign based on the results of the phone call. Day 5 - Follow up email series begins Future - Follow up regularly with phone calls/emails Please do not apply if you cannot speak and write PERFECT ENGLISH. You will be tested on both.
