Confluence Digital (“Confluence”) is a Seattle based marketing firm that is looking for an outsource partner who can augment our capacity for providing SEM (Search Engine Marketing / Paid Search) and related digital advertising services to our clients.
We recently added several new clients and expect that we will grow more and are looking for a long term, mutually beneficial partnership. This engagement would be expected to last a minimum of 6 months to a year or longer. We also have an immediate need as one of our internal resources is going on leave mid-April.
The expertise we seek most immediately is related to paid search (SEM) and digital display, across all channels, including (but not limited to):
*Google: AdWords, Display Network, YouTube
We are looking for a partner with a strong foundation in marketing fundamentals, preferably with proof of having engaged in marketing strategy and execution beyond the theoretical (schooling / training alone). We also would prefer a partner with a track record of successfully partnering with other US-based agencies.
The following are “must have” qualifications we seek in a potential partner:
*Excellent English written and spoken communication skills
*Attention to detail in all things, we do take this very seriously
*Minimum 3 years of experience managing paid search, display and online advertising programs for both consumer (B2C) and commercial (B2B) accounts
*Experience managing campaigns across multiple verticals as opposed to single niche or industry specialization (e.g. automotive, travel, real estate)
*Client-centric way of thinking and acting
*Accessibility and easy availability via various reliable means of communication, such as email, telephone and video conferencing, such as Skype, Google Hangouts or other during US Pacific Standard Time business hours from 8am - 5pm.
