We are currently working on developing a CRM that is specifically targeted to the real estate sales industry.
I am interested to find a market segment where we can be a big fish in a small pond based on the solutions that are working on. It is important for us to find the right customer segment to target and address their needs.
My background is in real estate sales and therefore; I have a good understanding of what problems Realtors generally face, but I am not sure how big the market is that shares such problems?
We need to construct a strategy by which we can define the different segments that exist, and pin point problems, wants and needs in each. This way we can tailor our solutions to each market and speak their language in our marketing.
I am looking for qualitative research as well as quantitative analysis in this regard.
I would like to work with someone who has in depth knowledge of market research and market segmentation as well as an overall understanding of the CRM cloud based software.
Previous work history and case studies done by the freelancer is mandatory.
I would like to pay a fixed price for this job and the amount to be agreed upon once the scope of work is defined.
