Hi, We are looking for someone with proven expertise in Salesforce integrations. Context: We are trying to improve our use of Salesforce, so far it works perfectly from the Sales perspective but we want to close the gap between Marketing and Sales. We want to integrate Universal Analytics data into Salesforce and viceversa. a) In Salesforce we want to see the path that that specific user made until he became a Lead in our Salesforce Platform. (Note: A Lead is automatically converted into a Contact). It could be great if we can have the utm parameters (source, medium and campaign) in Salesforce. Not only the last click as all the touchpoints of that user. b) In Analytics, we want to have the "real leads". Thus, having a qualified lead goal (more than Emailed No Response Status) and also a closed lead (someone who finally paid). All this qualification is made through status and (if it is possible) should be updated in the Analytics Goal Count when the status changes. Giving a Value to each goal will allow us to know which specific, keyword, campaign, channel, source... we have to push as it is driving more won leads. We are using Wordpress as web platform, Universal Analytics (not Premium), Salesforce and Google Tag Manager. In order to clarify this job, I attach some posts about what we want to achieve here: 1) http://www.lunametrics.com/blog/2016/02/01/integrating-google-analytics-and-salesforce/ -> Here you can see 4 methods to do what we want. It is key that we can gather the real leads in Salesforce and upload them through the APIs in a regular basis. 2) https://www.e-nor.com/blog/google-analytics/the-ultimate-guide-to-universal-analytics-integration-with-salesforce -> Here it is another way of doing it, maybe more manual, but gives the general idea of what we want. 3) http://www.jellyfish.net/blog/google-analytics-salesforce-integration/ -> This is another example, but in this case with GAPremium that we do not have... But could be helpful. 4) https://www.optimizesmart.com/tracking-offline-conversions-in-google-analytics/ -> Another great post to see one way of doing this step by step. 5) Finally, this is kind of the report that I would love to see in my GA Account. http://imgur.com/LvQZvsE Hope all this information helps to understand the requirements and goals better. Thanks.
