Currently, the company employs over 350 IT professionals specializing in modern business solutions, ranging from support and managing services in flexible IT outsouring models to work on development and research projects in Poland and UE. We are expanding our business and are looking for an independent individual willing to promote our top quality managed services to companies on the US market. We provide our in-depth knowledge of the business and full support of our specialists and expect in return full commitment and persistence in achieving the goal of making Billennium a recognized business partner on the local market. *Based in the San Francisco Bay Area You will: • Develop and manage network of contacts and build pipeline of potential clients • Manage pipeline of sales leads to effectively track and support strategic development of business • Set and meet annual target and maintain profitability by targeting and pursuing specific clients • Develop pricing strategies • Prepare and send offers to clients • Develop and manage long term relations with clients • Maintain good quality of provided IT services, by means of constant cooperation with technical teams • Plan and implement service management strategy • Prepare SLA contracts and maintain the provided services on an adequate level • Optimize and improve IT processes and constantly monitor their efficiency • Work independently and set your own goals and deadlines • Cooperate closely with a Service Delivery and Customer Experience Departments based in Poland Knowledge/Skills/Experience Requirements: • A unique blend of skills, both technical and customer/sales-oriented • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related experience • At least 2 years of experience in a customer facing management role • 2-year experience of meeting sales goals in IT services • Good judgment under pressure and excellent planning, prioritization and organizational skills • Knowledge of relevant tools and methodologies (ITIL, HPSM) • Previous experience presenting to VP level executives • Strong work ethic, efficiency and attention to detail • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively listen to both internal and external teams
